We also offer a personalised consultation to customise your package based on your specific needs.

3. What packages do you offer?

We offer three straightforward packages to suit a variety of needs and budgets. Each package provides essential relocation support, and every client begins with a personalised consultation to ensure we address your unique requirements. After filling in the contact form and selecting a package, you’ll schedule a one-on-one consultation where we’ll discuss your preferences, goals, and any specific needs you may have. This allows us to tailor our services and provide you with targeted support throughout your move.

The timeline can vary based on your specific needs, but our goal is to get you settled as quickly as possible. Depending on the services you select, we aim to have you set up with accommodation, essential paperwork, and local knowledge within a few weeks.

The SmoothMove Madrid Community is an exclusive WhatsApp group for our clients, designed to make your transition to Madrid even more enjoyable, supportive and connected. It’s a vibrant space where newcomers like you can organise  meetups, events, co-working sessions, and more.

7. Can I join the SmoothMove Madrid community even before moving?

Yes! We invite all our clients to join the **SmoothMove Madrid WhatsApp community** as soon as they confirm a package. This is a great way to connect with other newcomers, ask questions, and even make friends before you arrive.

8. Do you help with finding accommodation?

Absolutely! We assist in finding safe and comfortable accommodation based on your budget, location preferences, and lifestyle. Our goal is to make sure your new home feels welcoming and close to what matters to you, be it campus, work, or cultural hotspots.

9. Do I need to speak Spanish to move to Madrid?

While speaking Spanish is certainly helpful, especially for daily interactions, it’s not essential for getting started. Our services have the language part of your move covered. Madrid is an international city, and many young professionals and students get by comfortably with English. However, we can also provide recommendations for language classes if you’d like to learn Spanish.
